Concrete Leveling

As the soil beneath a slab loses moisture or washes out, sections settle unevenly — leaving driveways, walkways, garage floors, and patios with trip-hazard lips and pooling low spots, even when the slab itself is still structurally sound. Concrete leveling raises that slab back to grade without the cost, mess, or downtime of tearing it out and pouring new.

We use both traditional mudjacking (pumping a cement-based slurry beneath the slab) and polyurethane foam leveling, choosing the method that fits your slab, soil condition, and budget. Polyurethane cures in about 15 minutes and is lightweight enough to avoid overloading marginal soil, while mudjacking remains a proven, cost-effective option for larger sections over stable ground.

Leveling only makes sense when the concrete itself is sound — a slab with active structural cracking, badly broken edges, or a base that's washed out from beneath usually needs replacement, not lifting.
