Before a new driveway, slab, or foundation can go in, the old concrete usually has to come out — and doing that cleanly, without damaging utilities, landscaping, or neighboring structures, is its own skill. Utility locates are called in before any breakout begins, and we protect what's staying while removing what isn't.

Demolition done carelessly creates problems for whatever comes next — a poorly graded site, damaged irrigation lines, or a base that still has old debris mixed into it. We treat removal as the first step of the build, not a separate throwaway task, which is why the sites we clear are ready for a clean, properly compacted new pour rather than a patch job over old fill.
